This role will primarily focus on patients in the Vancouver, WA area. Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Board Eligibility is required. Completion of an HPM fellowship is strongly preferred. You will need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, flexibility, and a good working knowledge of the field of primary care (and how it intersects with palliative care).
