Salem Rheumatology & Infusions is actively seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join our practice located in Salem Oregon.   We are looking for a new grad or experienced rheumatologist to join a care team that follows evidence-based guidelines and performs at their specialty's highest professional standards of clinical practice. 

Job Opportunity:

• Provide direct medical care and evaluate and manage adult Rheumatology patients seeking treatment
• Provide in-office minor procedures such as joint injections
• 4 day work week with Wednesday off. Willing to discuss potential for 3-day work week.  
• Limited call coverage and no hospital call.  
• No evenings or weekends.

Education:

• Minimum: Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in rheumatology.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum: Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics. Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects, and contraindications. In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.

Certifications, Licenses:

• Minimum: Physician's unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon. Must meet all requirements for membership and unrestricted credentialing with all insurance companies. Valid Drug Enforcement Agency license - DEA Schedule 2-5.
• 2^nd year Rheumatology Fellows encouraged to apply.
