Providence Medical Group at Home is seeking a part-time physician to join a skilled interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing home-based urgent, consultative, and primary care to patients in a community setting. In this role, you will provide consultations for acute conditions, geriatric assessments, and transitions of care, in addition to limited primary care for a group of complex, home-bound patients who are not best served in a PMG clinic setting.
