OverviewThe Cost Analyst will work on strategic projects including creating and implementing a cost accounting solution that allows for reporting of financial results across the Kaiser Permanente enterprise. This position will be responsible for consulting with local subject matter experts in costing clinical utilization data and balancing cost data back to financial statements, analyzing costed utilization to ensure that costs are being spread correctly, and auditing the costing process to ensure that overhead and direct costs are allocated correctly. This position will review statistics used to allocate costs to ensure they are accurate when compared to utilization information.
