Providence Medical Group's Medford Family Practice is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a high-functioning, multidisciplinary team. This clinic features a patient-centered medical home model structured around care teams who focus on providing high-quality care to patients. - $50,000 signing bonus and up to $100,000 in educational loan repayment funds
- Full-time position; 1.0 FTE
- Outpatient care only
- 4.5 day per week schedule with option of 4 days per week once panel is established
- Enjoy a predictable schedule with very minimal phone call and generous PTO
