Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a family medicine physician to join a well-established primary care practice at PMG Cascade, located on the campus of Providence Portland Medical Center. This clinic has several physicians who specialize in pre-natal care and deliveries, so we are open to considering a Family Medicine physician who will see all ages, or an experienced FM + OB physician to join their team. You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team.
