And we want your voice at our table.Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric physician to join or growing medical group as a Locum Tenens physician. In this role, you can support Child/ Adolescent or Adult patients, based on your training. Our local staff work in a care model that supports 50% virtual visits currently and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule.For local candidates, we are open to remote (50% virtual) once you have completed onboarding and the team is comfortable with your knowledge and understanding of our virtual care model. If you are not local, then you will need to be onsite at a local clinic in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA a minimum of 4 and max of 5 days per week. If you are local to the Portland area and do not require travel, then you will need to be onsite at the Tanasbourne clinic at least 2 day per week; although we prefer as many days onsite as possible.This physician will work in a float role supporting our Portland, OR and Southwest WA metro region. All providers will need to have licenses in OR and WA. We are also open to physicians interested in working onsite, virtually, or a combination of onsite/ virtual depending on the needs of the Mental Health team and preferences of the physician.
