This role will support mostly an adult patient panel, some with complex medical conditions, so both Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with adult/geriatric focus will be considered. The small clinic environment lends itself to a well-integrated primary care team including an embedded APC who will support your panel and some inbasket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team. Located just off Highway 26 and a few miles from Providence St Vincent Medical Center, this is a great opportunity for physicians looking to establish their career on the west side of Portland, OR.
