ZOOM+Care is investing heavily to create a national platform for on-demand behavioral health services that offers an integrated, full spectrum array of care pathways through in-person and telemedicine channels. ZOOM+Care’s integrated pharmacy, lab and primary care system provides a unique opportunity to lead behavioral health services through a large network of providers serving hundreds of thousands of patients annually.
Practice Leads are clinician mentors, coaches and referees helping to define the way in which ZOOM+Care provides on-demand access to care within their clinical domain and integrates their care across other clinical services.
